If you are looking to shed a few pounds, what could be better than The Scooby Doo Way To Work Off Weight? Everyone knows that in order to loose weight we have to not only watch what we eat, but get plenty of exercise as well. Exercising helps to burn calories and tone.

It is said that a pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. So for one to lose a pound of fat they would have to somehow burn 3,500 calories by staying busy and exercising. We all know how the cowardly Scooby Doo is always on the move running from all those villains. Like Scooby we all are enticed by a yummy snack from time to time, so lets think of how Scooby’s diet plan works. In order for Scooby Doo to get his snack he has to first hunt down the villain to which of course will have the same end result in the cowardly pup running away. BINGO! I have an answer, when tempted by a yummy snack we need to get up and run or do some other type of exercise first. If after, we still crave this snack then we go ahead and reward ourselves. Sounds like a winning diet plan to me.
